Our Mission:

Brophy Family and Youth Services is a quality Child Safe accredited, not-for-profit organisation. We provide a wide range of family, youth and children services across Southwest Victoria, incorporating Integrated Family Services and other programs. We work closely with The Orange Door to build the capacity of vulnerable families and individuals to enable them to self-manage and be the best they can be through referrals to many of our program areas.

Overseeing a range of The Orange Door services, you will spearhead efforts to tackle the root causes of men's violence. What You’ll Bring to the Team:

In order to qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, having prior experience demonstrating leadership skills in a complex service delivery context is imperative for fulfilling the requirements of this role.
